“Rules”

Daily Goals 

  1. No fast food
  2. No soda
  3. Sweets allowed once a day
  4. Work out AT LEAST 5 times a week
  5. Eat a salad once a day
  6. Avoid Carbs 
  7. Drink only water (aside from my fruit and protein shakes)
